ParsingPal is committed to complying with all applicable legal and export control regulations. This page outlines our policies regarding restricted countries and prohibited uses of our services.
1. Sanctioned Countries
ParsingPal does not engage in business with entities or individuals located in heavily sanctioned countries. As of March 19, 2025, the following countries are subject to comprehensive sanctions and are restricted from using ParsingPal’s services:
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Syria
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • Venezuela
These countries are under strict economic and trade restrictions imposed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and other international regulatory bodies. Sanctions programs are subject to change, and ParsingPal reserves the right to update this list as necessary.

2. Prohibited Use
ParsingPal’s services and software cannot be used for defense-related purposes or exported to countries under arms embargoes. Users agree not to:
  • Export, re-export, or transfer ParsingPal software to restricted individuals, organizations, or nations.
  • Use ParsingPal in any way that violates applicable sanctions, embargoes, or security regulations.
  • Engage in any activities that support military, nuclear, missile, or weapons-related applications in restricted regions.

3. Policy Updates
ParsingPal reserves the right to update or modify this policy to remain compliant with evolving legal and regulatory requirements. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically for updates.
